What we do

CMG are market leaders in training and professional education in Ireland. Our training division host all training courses in our state of the art training facilities in Sandyford, south county Dublin.

As a project manager in our training team, you will be responsible for forwarding course details and content outlines to the relevant people in client companies, you will follow up on any queries and questions our clients (or potential clients) may have, and you stay with that client right through to booking. Typical training course sizes are 20 people per course per day, to ensure interactive participation between clients and tutors.  After the course is completed, you will follow up to ensure we met our client’s complete satisfaction. This process avoids clients having to deal with multiple people in the business, queries can be handled quickly and client relationships become stronger.  

Our conference teams operate in a similar way. However, while our training courses take place on a daily basis here in Sandyford, our conferences and events are typically run less frequently, but attract much larger numbers of delegates than our training, ranging in size from 80 to 500 people depending on the event, so we host these events in leading conference venues around Dublin.
